VRST Soleform Men’s Slides
We built the Soleform slides to be the final piece of your training day. After miles on pavement or hours in the gym, your feet deserve more than generic foam. These slides combine CloudTec cushioning technology with adaptive arch support that responds to your unique foot shape.
The contoured footbed distributes pressure evenly across heel, arch, and forefoot, while the textured strap prevents forward slip during wet conditions. At 6.2 ounces per pair, they’re light enough for travel but durable enough for daily rotation. We designed them for athletes who know that recovery starts the moment you step out of your training shoes.
Performance recovery technology

CloudTec Cushioning System
The Soleform’s footbed uses the same CloudTec pod technology we engineer into our running shoes. Sixteen independent cushioning cells compress at different rates based on strike force and foot pressure distribution. When your heel lands, the rear pods collapse to absorb impact, then spring back as weight shifts forward.
This isn’t static foam that bottoms out after a month. The dual-density EVA compound maintains 92% rebound efficiency through 500+ wear cycles. Lab testing shows the footbed retains structural integrity even when exposed to chlorinated pool water and temperatures up to 140°F. We coat the surface with an antimicrobial treatment that prevents bacterial growth without compromising the material’s breathability.

Adaptive Arch Support & Fit
Contoured Footbed Design
Most slides force your arch into a fixed position. We shaped the Soleform’s 8mm arch contour to flex with natural foot pronation during the gait cycle. The deep heel cup centers your calcaneus bone to reduce lateral roll, while the raised arch zone supports your medial longitudinal arch without rigid interference.
The textured nylon strap uses memory-flex channels that compress around your midfoot, then hold position without constant tightening. Laser-cut perforations along the strap allow moisture vapor to escape while maintaining structural strength across the instep. We tested over forty strap geometries before landing on this configuration—it distributes hold pressure across 3.2 inches of contact area instead of creating a single pressure band.
Materials & Construction
We injection-mold the outsole and footbed as a single bonded unit, eliminating the glue seam that fails first in most slides. The non-marking rubber outsole uses a hexagonal tread pattern with 2mm channels that evacuate water and maintain grip on wet tile, wood, and pool deck surfaces.
The strap attaches through the midsole with stainless steel anchor posts, not surface stitching. This construction method keeps the hardware isolated from moisture and prevents thread degradation. Total assembly uses three components—footbed unit, strap, hardware—which means fewer failure points than conventional multi-piece designs. Every pair is individually inspected for mold consistency before it leaves our facility.

Questions About the Soleform Slides
The Soleform runs true to standard athletic shoe sizing. If you wear a size 10 in Nike or Adidas sneakers, order a 10 in these slides. The footbed width is comparable to Adidas Adilette at medium width, slightly narrower than Nike Benassi.
The main difference is arch height. The Soleform has an 8mm contoured arch, which provides more support than the mostly flat footbeds in Nike and Adidas recovery slides. If you have low arches or prefer minimal support, the first few wears may feel more structured than you’re used to.
Yes, the slides are fully water-resistant and designed for wet environments. The EVA footbed doesn’t absorb water, and the textured strap maintains grip when wet. The drainage channels in the outsole evacuate standing water quickly.
Rinse them with fresh water after exposure to chlorine or salt water to protect the antimicrobial coating. Air-dry at room temperature rather than leaving them in direct sunlight, which can warp the midsole over time.
Lab testing shows the dual-density EVA maintains 92% of its original rebound efficiency through 500 wear cycles. In practical terms, that translates to 12–18 months of daily use for most wearers.
The CloudTec pods are designed to compress and return to neutral position repeatedly. You’ll notice some visible compression in the heel zone after the first month, but that’s normal break-in. The cushioning degrades gradually rather than suddenly bottoming out.
The Soleform is our slide design with an open-toe construction and single adjustable strap. It’s optimized for quick on-off use after workouts, travel, and indoor recovery.
Our other recovery styles include a closed-toe slip-on with a knit upper for cooler weather and a sandal version with a toe post and dual straps for additional forefoot security. All three use the same CloudTec footbed technology, but the Soleform offers the most breathability and fastest dry time.
The contoured arch support and deep heel cup provide structured support that many wearers with plantar fasciitis find helpful during recovery. The 8mm arch contour supports the medial longitudinal arch, and the heel cup centers the calcaneus to reduce strain on the plantar fascia.
These aren’t medical-grade orthotic devices, but they offer significantly more support than flat foam slides. If you currently use custom orthotics, consult your physical therapist before switching to the Soleform as your primary recovery footwear.
Rinse the slides with cool water and use mild soap with a soft brush for the footbed and strap. Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, or solvents that can break down the EVA foam and antimicrobial coating.
For stubborn dirt on the textured strap, a soft-bristle toothbrush works well. Air-dry at room temperature rather than using a dryer or heat source. The slides typically dry within 20–30 minutes when air-dried indoors.
The Soleform works well for short errands, dog walks, and casual wear up to about two miles. The cushioned footbed and traction pattern handle varied surfaces better than most recovery slides.
For longer walks or all-day wear, consider our closed-toe recovery shoe, which has additional heel counter support and a more structured midsole. The Soleform is optimized for post-training recovery and light activity rather than extended walking sessions.
